The ADI Qualification Process
To become a qualified ADI, you must pass three tests. We provide comprehensive training and support for each stage.
Part 1: Theory Test
The ADI Part 1 is a theory test covering road procedure, traffic signs, and driving theory. We'll provide study materials and practice tests to help you prepare.
Part 2: Driving Ability Test
Demonstrate your advanced driving skills to DVSA standards. This test is more demanding than the standard driving test and requires precision and control.
Part 3: Instructional Ability Test
Show that you can teach effectively. You'll give driving instruction to an examiner who will assess your teaching methods, communication, and ability to identify and correct faults.
Entry Requirements
•Be at least 21 years old
•Have held a full UK or EU driving licence for at least 3 years
•Have no more than 6 penalty points on your licence
•Pass a criminal record check (DBS)
